Successful German-Scandinavian co-operation
When it comes to sport, the border region between Germany and Scandinavia is a strong opponent! The handball association SG Flensburg Handewitt is one of the most successful international associations and a good example of the German-Danish bond. Both countries' handball players have celebrated many victories together - they have won the German championship three times and the Champions League once! As a cross-border shopping centre, ScandiPark has a lot in common with SG Flensburg Handewitt, as unity, success and international orientation are on the agenda here in Handewitt. It is therefore a matter of honour to support the team as a shirt sponsor. At every match, our logo can be found on the back of every player. Our commitment to the handball club is recognised on its letterhead, in the "Konter" magazine, on the sponsor board, the LED board and on the internet. And that's not all! Mr Scandi goes green
Our electric car charging station is just as successful as our collaboration with the SG Flensburg-Handewitt handball club! Right next to the ScandiPark car park, you'll find eight modern fast charging stations - comfortably covered - each with two charging stations and a total of 3,000 kW. Each charger has a maximum charging power of 300 kW. Two CHAdeMO charging stations are integrated into two of the eight fast charging stations. Payment is uncomplicated, as it is possible to pay with all common fuel cards, apps and payment methods as well as payment via QR code.
The charging park is a huge hit! Since its opening, thousands of kWh have been refuelled in over 10,000 charging sessions. Enjoy ScandiPark benefits while your car is charging: How about shopping at our supermarket and other well-known partners right next door or playing with the kids at Mr Scandi's Funpark? A visit to the team's petrol station is also worthwhile! The petrol station is open 24 hours a day and offers everything you need for a long drive, such as sweets, drinks and car accessories, as well as a bistro with hot and cold dishes. Need to freshen up a bit? For that purpose, we've provided a sanitary area with showers and washing machines.
